The Emergency Contact

Maya Chen has rebuilt her life around order: her own name back, her own apartment, a trainer post nearly in reach. Then a hospital across the city calls to tell her that a man she has never met has listed her as his emergency contact. In his wallet is a photograph of the two of them on their wedding day, dated to a week she knows exactly where she was. When he wakes, his story doesn't match his sister's. Now the mail for a woman called Maya Vale has started arriving at Maya's door, and she has to work out who has been living her life before they finish taking it.
